Thanksgiving Reflection

After Thanksgiving, many of us are returning to our routines carrying a mixture of gratitude, connection, and stress.


Holidays can bring joy, but they can also stir up emotions, memories, or pressure that lingers long beyond the day passing. If you've noticed emotional fatigue, unmet expectations, or simply are feeling the need to slow down after the holiday stress, you're not alone. This is a meaningful time to check-in with yourself- your energy, your boundaries, and your needs as we head into the remainder of the season of 2025.


Remember: Caring for your mental health is an on-going process - not a once a year event.
