Boundaries

Boundaries are a great way to gain or regain control of your life and protect your inner peace. We can overextend ourselves by taking on obligations we feel compelled to accept, which may later lead to fatigue, regret or a sense of being taken advantage of. Healthy boundaries are for you but will interrupt the pattern of the other person’s behavior and will force you to respectfully say, “no” or “I can’t”. Never feel bad about saying “no”. An honest “no” is better than a begrudgingly “yes”.
